To celebrate the Michelin Guide Germany 2023 revelations, Uniplan engineered an immersive stage scenography and banquet environment at the historic Konzerthaus Karlsruhe.
The spatial narrative reflected culinary precision, prestige, and contemporary gastronomic innovation. Priyank Soni contributed to the stage architecture, lighting choreography, and spatial planning—integrating dynamic curved backdrops, large-scale media projections, and atmospheric lighting reveals that framed each star chef's award moment.
The project combined temporary event architecture with broadcast-grade camera sightlines, VIP hospitality lounge zoning, and acoustic calibration to host Germany's top culinary leaders, international press, and industry stakeholders.

The award stage design unites clean architectural lines with dramatic lighting accents and high-resolution LED surfaces, creating an iconic setting for the revelation of Germany's new 1-, 2-, and 3-Star Michelin restaurants.

The Konzerthaus was divided into fluid functional zones: a grand red-carpet entrance, a media interview zone, the central auditorium for the live award ceremony, and a celebratory culinary tasting lounge where starred chefs presented signature creations.

Broadcast Lighting Choreography & Technical Detailing
Lighting and media cues were synchronized with live host announcements and musical stingers. High-CRI key lighting highlighted culinary textures on tasting stages while ambient mood transitions shifted from dark anticipation to golden celebration.
